Rain

«My own brain is to me the most unaccountable of machinery: always buzzing, humming, soaring, roaring, diving, and then buried in mud. And why? What's this passion for?»
─Virginia Woolf

Five or six years ago, I was rainig in my bedroom instead of closing my eyes and die with the night; I couldn't stop the water drops from falling all the way to my notebook. I threw fragments of my soul out, with the dawn crashing against my face. After a few hours, I realized I had a book.
I decided to publish the Rain, to make it real and possible for somebody to drown into my waterfalls and, with luck, help the reader find his/own water.
When I look back to those memories, I realize it will never stop raining.

Some verses from the book:

(...) Theartwillspreadaroundtheworldandoureyeswillopentogetherinacloseshaveof wonder

WONDERING
AROUND the bathroom

Shame

Cleanthemind
Stopfate

*

Words will not fit in waves of suns
Claps
Wandering world
Poetry is more than shouting a screaming note

Special thanks to photographer Victor Hugo Bazan Cabanillas and poet Luis Cabrera Vigo for taking these pictures.
Rain is not currently available. I am planning on publishing a second edition.
